Job summary

Unifi is seeking individuals to join a ramp operations team responsible for guiding aircraft in and out of gates, loading and unloading baggage, and performing cabin service duties as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, being at least 18, and the ability to obtain airport credentials. You will work on rotating shifts, handle ramp equipment, and promote safety standards across operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for all arriving, departing and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties such as servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, etc.
• Promotes and adheres to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
• Complete work safely and securely following company standards; report hazards per policy.
