Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing, and provide a smooth travel experience. You will use our reservation systems to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and help customers with courteous service.

The role includes lifting baggage, working on the tarmac temptations outdoors in all weather, and shifts that may vary, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers.
• Help load and unload baggage and ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
