Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Agent at MWA Airport. You’ll warmly greet passengers, check in, and issue boarding passes using our reservation system. The role includes lifting bags, assisting travelers, and working outdoors with shifts that vary, including weekends and holidays.

No experience required; paid on-the-job training and benefits are provided. Full-time and part-time positions available with travel perks and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• 18 years or older. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist passengers with routine questions and direction to gates and services.
• Load/unload baggage and ensure safe handling of luggage and freight.
• Work outdoors in all weather and adapt to irregular hours, weekends and holidays.
