Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license; or travel authority as required.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in and ticketing to create a positive travel start.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist customers courteously while handling luggage and on-time departures.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage safely.
• Work outdoors in all weather and on varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
