Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring for a baggage handler to support ramp operations at the airport. You will guide baggage and assist passengers, ensuring safe, on-time departures and a positive travel experience.

This entry-level role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and flexible shifts. The company offers flight privileges, training, and benefits where applicable by location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe gate entry and departure.
• Load, unload and sort baggage up to 75 lbs and transfer items on the ramp.
• Operate ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, bag carts) to move baggage and equipment.
• Assist with passenger check-in and boarding processes to create a positive first impression.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes as needed.
• Communicate travel information to passengers and coordinate with team to ensure on-time departures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of aircraft interiors and lavatories as required.
• Support baggage service office activities and respond to passenger questions.
