Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience serving as Owner’s Representative on landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope, planning documents, engineering and construction documents.
• Manages procurement documents and contract development.
• Oversees design and construction reviews across disciplines.
• Coordinates with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.
• Maintains project reporting and documentation through closeout.
