Job summary

Paradies Lagardère at Boston Logan Airport is seeking a Prep Cook for the Berkshire Farms B concept. This on-site, part-time role supports fast-paced dining operations for travelers.

You will prepare food to recipe specifications, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist with ordering and stocking under supervision. Minimum 1 year cooking experience and ServeSafe preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related cooking experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining.
• ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members.
• Prepare food according to 100% recipe adherence and follow production prep lists.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace with proper dating.
• Follow all brand standards including food safety and sanitation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.
