Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience; experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification or equivalent required by state.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members.
• Follow recipes and production prep lists; prepare, season, cook, taste, carve, portion, and serve food items.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices; comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment, stay detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
