Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Passenger Service Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) to assist travelers needing wheelchair support across the airport journey. You will ensure safe, respectful, and professional service from curbside to aircraft, working within a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include helping with check-in, baggage handling, and navigation; assisting during boarding; and returning wheelchairs to staging areas while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain airport credentials.
• Proficiency in English to communicate with passengers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with excellent customer service.
• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and navigating airport terminals.
• Safely assist passengers when boarding or deplaning aircraft and using aircraft stairs when required.
• Collect wheelchairs and return to designated staging areas.
• Follow all company, airline, airport, and safety policies and procedures.
