Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking entries-level passenger service staff to assist with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and boarding in the airport environment. You will handle reservations, baggage services, and respond to passenger inquiries and complaints.

Paid training is provided, and full-time roles include benefits after a training period. Weekly pay is offered for hourly employees, with opportunities to advance within a growing aviation services team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including special needs.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems, handling boarding and baggage.
• Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support ramp agents with wheelchairs and gate-checked bags.
• Push wheelchairs through the airport.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report safety issues promptly.
