Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent at FAT in Fresno, CA. This part-time, non-exempt role supports arrivals, check-in, baggage, reservations, and passenger queries. Shift options include A.M. and P.M., with flexible days including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system; assist with boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and arrival.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards per policy; perform other duties as assigned.
