Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Redmond, OR is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent (FT) to assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, reservations, ticketing, and itinerary changes at the airport.

You will greet travelers, provide gate information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time flight dispatch while maintaining safety and security procedures. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a base pay rate of $17.00 per hour and AM/PM shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes boarding and/or deplaning activities and associated paperwork and/or computer entries.
• Keys passenger information into the ticketing reservation system.
• Assists passengers with reservations, ticketing, and adjustments to itinerary.
• Greets passengers and provides necessary travel and gate information.
• Keeps passengers informed and makes announcements to communicate itineraries and luggage information.
• Coordinates with internal resources to ensure passenger information is processed and flights are dispatched on time.
• Lifts or moves passenger luggage onto baggage belt and creates bag labels.
• All other duties as assigned.
