Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins at the ticket counter and gates.
• Verify documents, assign seats and provide gate information.
• Handle baggage questions and passenger issues in the airport.
• Operate self-service kiosks and support boarding procedures.
• Maintain organized work areas (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
