Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead Airline Passenger Assistant to coordinate daily operations, delegate tasks, and provide guidance when the Manager isn’t present. The role includes supervising at the assigned location and ensuring safety and policy compliance for workers and customers.

You will oversee cleaning operations, manage keys and access, report issues, train new hires, and verify time records, with a focus on efficient, compliant facility service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items.
• Oversee additional service requests and verify completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
