Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead Airline Passenger Assistant to supervise facility operations and coordinate daily tasks at an assigned site. The role involves delegating work, guiding staff, and ensuring safety and policy compliance during shifts Thursday to Saturday from 2:30pm to 12:30am.

The position offers standard benefits and supports veterans and military experience. Prior lead or supervisory experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Takes care of keys and access cards for the property.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building.
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provides training for all new hires assigned to the building.
• Completes and validates time records for employees.
