Responsibilities

• Achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels; schedule coverage.
• Coach, counsel and discipline frontline employees as needed.
• Interact with Client representatives and communicate updates.
• Maintain daily shift reports and ensure safety and security standards.
• Perform basic administrative duties and ensure proper payroll handling.
