Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring for passenger service roles, offering training with no prior experience required. You will support arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage services while providing a safe, helpful, and friendly experience for travelers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers during arrivals, ticketing, check-in and boarding queries.
• Operate ticketing and check-in systems to assist with reservations and equipment handling.
• Direct passengers through security, immigration, and other checkpoints.
• Assist with wheelchair/walker equipment and loading/unloading at the gate.
• Maintain safety procedures and company policies; report hazards promptly.
