Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of passenger assistance agents and dispatch personnel. You will oversee shifts, assign work, and ensure daily operations run safely and efficiently at our West Columbia, SC location.

The role emphasizes effective communication with management, payroll support, and enforcing safety and regulatory requirements while maintaining high service standards for our passengers and partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedule including workstation assignments, training, vacations and breaks.
• Communicate with the manager regarding problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration; complete shift paperwork and other admin tasks.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other duties as assigned within capability.
• Complete work safely following company standards and report incidents.
