Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers and wheelchair assistance.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system, including boarding, baggage, reservations and related complaints.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to provide wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies; complete work safely and securely.
• Report safety incidents and potential hazards in line with policy.
