Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM in Romulus, MI is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor to oversee busy airport passenger service, ticketing, check-in processing, baggage handling, and passenger assistance. You will lead a team at the gate and check-in areas, host kiosks, verify documents, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to apply common sense instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Computer-based systems are used to perform primary job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-ins, verification, gate information, luggage claims and other issues at the airport.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing tags.
• Ensure work areas (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage) are organized and functional.
• Make announcements, check baggage, and assign seats in the gate area.
