Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM is seeking a Passenger Service Supervisor to oversee the fast-paced airport passenger service environment, including check-in, ticketing, luggage handling and service assistance for travelers, while adhering to uniform guidelines and conduct codes.

The role requires prior passenger service or airline experience, English reading/writing/speaking ability, and the flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior Passenger Service/Airline experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional passenger service by promptly resolving complaints and assisting customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Oversee passenger service operations, including scheduling and shift briefings to ensure team readiness.
• Manage operational logistics such as door operations and loading procedures per instructions.
• Mentor other employees and provide training in accordance with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
