Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• One year college certificate or technical school, six months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise up to 10–15 passenger service agents.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Flexible to shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and support the Passenger Services team.
• Assist Passenger Service Agents to ensure duties are performed professionally and safely.
• Ensure a smooth operation through coordination with departments and agencies to maintain on-time performance.
• Monitor training needs and maintain training records.
• Handle day-to-day administration such as ordering supplies and improving staff procedures.
• Liaise with Carrier representatives to meet requirements.
• Maintain staff morale and open communication with staff.
• Cover manpower shortages and assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
