SP+ is seeking a Baggage Handler in Tampa to support operations at the airport. The role involves verifying boarding passes, moving luggage to the security induction system, and coordinating with ticket counter staff.

It is physically demanding, requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and weekend/holiday availability. Paid training is provided and advancement opportunities exist such as Driver, Ambassador, RAC Agent, or Supervisor.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push and pull during shift.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Aufgaben

• Verify passenger boarding pass with checked bag and move bags to security screening induction system.
• Load luggage onto the security screening induction belt and assist with handling.
• Work closely with airline ticket counter agents and other staff.
• Effectively communicate safety questions to passengers and ensure compliance.
