Worldwide Flight Services in Denver seeks a Passenger Service professional to greet customers, ensure proper documentation for import operations, and support shipment handling with accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with brokers, assist customers at the airport, and process payments and delivery confirmations. This role emphasizes security, attention to detail, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and ensure proper documentation for import operations.
• Travel to Airport Operational Area to meet flight and handle documents.
• Notify broker or freight forwarder on MAWB shipments.
• Assist customers retrieving documents and freight.
• Collect charges and document payment methods.
• Process Customs Out and proof of delivery for each transaction.
• Assist in MAWB preparation for shipments.
• Confirm bookings and TSA screening.
• Confirm DG shipments within aircraft limits and follow DG procedures when received.
• Enter AWB data into airline systems and maintain records.
• Print and deliver flight manifests and NOTOC to aircraft.
• Maintain post-flight inventory reconciliation and filing of records.
• Prepare weekly import/export statistics and other reports.
• Answer calls and respond to emails with diligence.
