Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and handling inquiries or complaints.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including passengers with special needs.
• Operate a computerized system for ticketing and check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and issue resolution.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support ramp at loading/unloading, assist with wheelchairs and gate-checked bags as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies, and report hazards or incidents.
