Job summary

United Airlines is seeking an Associate Analyst to support the Central Business Office, focusing on domestic line stations and staffing efficiency. You will analyze FTE authorizations, schedules, and staffing levels to identify needs and risks, collaborating with station leaders to determine minimums while ensuring budgets and efficiency.

You will implement staffing solutions, create bids with efficient shifts, and backfill outages. Training on new processes will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Airport operations.
• 1+ year experience in staffing/scheduling for Airport Operations.
• Proficient with eTA management/administrative functionality.
• Familiar with IAM Contract and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FTE authorizations, station challenges, flight schedules and staffing levels.
• Determine staffing minimums that comply with standards and station needs.
• Monitor budgets and efficiency; communicate overtime and AUTO opportunities.
• Implement staffing solutions and long-term staffing bids with efficient shifts.
• Roll out changes across locations and assist with training on new processes.
