Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead airport operations staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. This role focuses on daily oversight, performance management, and adherence to company policies to support operational excellence.

You will supervise ground crew, customer service representatives and maintenance personnel, manage staff schedules, train new hires, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and promote a proactive safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Ability to read/write/speak English.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced airport.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise airport staff including ground crew and customer service.
• Ensure safe, efficient operations in line with policies and standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership to promote teamwork and performance.
• Manage staff schedules and workload distribution.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate goals and updates.
• Train and onboard new employees with safety orientation.
• Enforce policies and address non-compliance.
• Maintain attendance and performance documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate operations.
• Handle escalated inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Identify improvements and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained.
• Manage inventory and replenishment.
• Assist with budget preparation and cost control.
• Monitor security compliance and report incidents.
• Participate in emergency response as required.
