Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must understand, speak, and read English.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must pass airport ID requirements.
• Flexible for weekend, holiday, and night shifts.
• Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Transports passengers requiring wheelchair assistance within the terminal and aircraft to the designated destination.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and clear communication with passengers.
• Maintains professionalism in stressful environments while assisting travelers.
• Ensures safety of people and property and follows security protocols.
• Complies with client/site security requirements and processes.
• Assists passengers with baggage retrieval and transport if needed.
