Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Passenger Assistance Supervisor to oversee agents on assigned shifts, ensuring safety and efficient daily operations. You will dispatch agents and equipment to arriving and departing flights, coordinate shift schedules, and oversee payroll-related tasks.

A valid driver’s license and credentials per airport requirements are required. Candidates with at least 1 year of aviation or ground handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules, workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, and back-ups.

Skills

One year of experience in aviation/GS

Must be 18+ years old

Valid driving license
