Job summary

Alaska Airlines is seeking a Supervisor Station Operations to oversee the execution of timeline and regulatory compliance at departure gates for Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA). As a people leader, you will guide Customer Service Agents and Ramp Service Agents in station-based settings, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Supervise the execution of the timeline and regulatory compliance at departure gates.
  • Investigate and report delays and irregular flight activity and propose solutions for prevention.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are available and functioning for staff to perform their duties, coordinating with facilities as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with FAA and company regulations through regular review of documents.
  • Oversee ticketing, enplaning/deplaning activities, customer relations, passenger security, and load planning.

Role Summary

The Supervisor Station Operations oversees the execution of timeline and regulatory compliance at departure gates for Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA). As a people leader, the Supervisor Station Operations leads and establishes priorities for Customer Service Agents (CSAs) and Ramp Service Agents (RSAs) or Vendor employees based in station, if applicable.

Key Duties
  • Supervise the execution of the timeline and regulatory compliance at departure gates.
  • Investigate and report delays and irregular flight activity and propose solutions for how to avoid such delays in the future.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are available and working for employees to perform job functions effectively and remove other obstacles facing work groups (i.e., follow-up with IC, facilities and airport operations on an as-needed basis).
  • Monitor compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company regulations, including periodic review of applicable documents.
