Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Kahului, Hawaii, is seeking a Station Agent to support ramp services and airport operations. You will load and unload baggage, coordinate aircraft movements, assist customers, and help maintain safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate overall operation within an assigned functional area.
Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization.
Maintain safe, dependable and consistent operation.
Conduct agent observations.
Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
Maintain supplies and inventory control logs.
Prepare customer correspondence and investigate discrepancies.
Complete administrative duties.
Perform Station Agent work within ramp service operation as required.
Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft.
Transport items between terminals and aircraft using equipment.
Marshal aircraft with teammates for safe path.
Clean and service cabin interiors.
De-ice aircraft and apply chemicals when applicable.
Organize work groups and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
