Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an Operations Agent in Cleveland, OH to oversee daily airport operations, coordinate flight schedules, gate assignments, and baggage handling while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will communicate with airline staff and airport personnel, manage passenger flow, and support emergency response planning. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, a clean background, and eligibility for required credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in United States.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 1 year of airport operations or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations.
• Proficient with airport management software and systems.
• Able to use IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile devices.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, etc.).
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily airport operational activities.
• Monitor flight schedules, gate assignments, and resources.
• Liaise with airline staff, ground crew, and air traffic control.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
• Provide timely flight status information to staff and passengers.
• Manage passenger boarding and baggage handling processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for aircraft and facility upkeep.
• Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
• Monitor weather impacts on operations.
