Worldwide Flight Services in Las Vegas is seeking an Airport Operations Agent to oversee inbound and outbound flight activity, update schedules, and manage gate assignments to ensure smooth operations.

You will prepare daily reports, coordinate emergency responses, monitor security, and handle customer requests such as wheelchair assistance, with responsibilities requiring attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inbound and outbound flight activity and input data.
• Prepare daily reports on arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate with departments for emergencies and fuel stops.
• Manage gate control and assign gates for flights.
• Notify Sky Caps for wheelchair requests.
• Complete customer billing documents when necessary.
• Observe site security procedures and report breaches.
• Maintain records of flights and services performed.
