Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking motivated undergraduates to join its Co-Op Program within the Airport Customer Service (ACS) and Cargo (CGO) teams. Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field and available for three alternating semesters.
• Must be enrolled in a 4-year program and able to participate in three rotations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to leadership levels.
• Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analytics tools (SQL/SAS/Tableau/Power BI).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with airport operations professionals to analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply project management principles to support initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across units in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide process engineering and internal consulting to enhance efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data for projects impacting multiple departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Recommend innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.
