Job summary

Delta Air Lines’ Cargo division is seeking two Co-op positions based in Atlanta, GA. The program spans three alternating semesters, with rotations across Cargo Safety, Security, and Compliance teams.

Participants must remain enrolled full-time while working onsite and aligning with university schedules. Success requires rigorous attention to detail, strong project management, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program.
• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA on a full-time basis during the alternating semesters Fall 2026, Summer 2027, and Spring 2028.
• Majors include Business Administration and Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Aviation/Aeronautics/Aviation Safety, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Some travel may be required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cargo Safety, Security, & Compliance initiatives and ongoing enhancements to cargo operations.
• Propose ideas for continuous improvement in processing and tracking effectiveness.
• Implement project management practices and record results in databases.
• Collaborate across business units with various stakeholders.
• Participate in data collection efforts for cross-functional projects and analyze safety/compliance performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and safety.
