Job summary

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain airport credentials. Expect varied shifts and outdoor conditions as part of a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and set the example for exceptional service.
• Review operational and financial reports to meet goals and take corrective action.
• Participate in employee relations investigations and resolve issues professionally.
• Recruit and coach staff; promote teamwork and motivate the team.
• Ensure proper training and audit safety records as needed.
• Set and manage performance to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Complete work safely following company standards.
• Report safety incidents and potential hazards per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
