Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure safe, efficient daily airport operations. You will supervise teams, coordinate activities, and maintain cost-effective performance while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and required airport credentials. Supervisory experience is essential, and aviation/ground handling exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
