Job summary

Unifi is hiring a Duty Manager to ensure daily airport operations run safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will oversee and coordinate team activities, coach staff, and support recruiting and scheduling at the assigned station.

The role requires supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with credentials per airport/state requirements. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates team activities to ensure safe, efficient airport operations.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors staff; handles disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assists in recruiting, payroll, scheduling and general administrative tasks.
• Monitors staffing, overtime and performance of the assigned station.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
