Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to safety standards, with a shift-based environment and required credentials for airport operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possesses a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs regulations.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for exceptional service.
• Reviews operational and financial reports and takes corrective action to meet goals.
• Investigates employee relations issues and resolves them professionally.
• Recruits staff and mentors team members to ensure staffing and development.
• Ensures staff are trained and safety records are audited as needed.
• Leads performance management to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Completes work safely following company standards and policies.
• Reports safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
