Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day airport operations, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance at the station. You will coordinate with teams and manage operational and financial performance to meet goals.

The role emphasizes building customer partnerships, staff recruitment and development, safety training, and proactive issue resolution. Travel may be required and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Possesses a valid Driver's License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Preferred: 3 years of aviation or ground handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure the station is meeting goals and objectives and takes corrective action as required.
• Participates in employee relations investigations when complaints arise and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Recruits new employees to ensure staffing, promotes team building, and mentors staff to develop and motivate team members.
• Ensure employees are trained and audit safety records as needed.
• Sets, measures and manages the performance of self and others to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Complete work safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the required skill and capabilities.
