Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Station Manager to oversee day-to-day airport operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance and financial outcomes for the station. You will lead a team, manage staffing, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain required credentials. You may work a variety of shifts and must adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements
• Supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and deliver exceptional service
• Review operational and financial reports to meet goals
• Recruit and develop staff, coach and mentor team
• Ensure staff training and safety audits are conducted
• Lead the team to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Adhere to safety standards and report incidents promptly
• Perform related duties in line with capabilities
