Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Station Manager to oversee day-to-day airport operations and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance at the station. You will lead a team, review reports, and drive customer service excellence while maintaining financial and operational targets.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts in a dynamic airport environment; airside safety and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state/customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for exceptional customer service.
• Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure station goals are met and takes corrective action as needed.
• Participates in employee relations investigations and resolves issues professionally and timely.
• Recruits new employees and promotes team-building; coaches and mentors staff.
• Ensure staff are trained and safety records are audited as needed.
• Leads team to achieve operational and financial objectives and goals.
• Complete work safely following company standards and report safety incidents when needed.
