Job summary

Air Canada is seeking an Operations Manager - Airports to lead critical airport operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee a diverse team of front-line staff, unionized workers, and third-party providers, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, empathetic coaching, and adherence to SOPs, while managing operations across multiple airport locations and shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent operation experience.
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role or equivalent operation experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain SIDA badge with airside driving privileges.
• Valid passport for travel including overnight international trips.
• Ability to obtain airport-specific badges and security clearances.
