Job summary

United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor at Fargo, ND. You will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, service, financial and team performance, while creating a welcoming environment for staff and customers.

You’ll lead station performance, ensure safety compliance, coach the team, and manage budgets and resources. Flexibility for irregular hours and cross-functional support is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage airport operations independently.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and financial performance of the station.
• Ensure safety compliance and airport security responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and coach the station team.
• Manage station budget, staffing forecasts, and resources.
• Maintain facilities and appearance standards for UGE staff.
• Build relationships with airport authorities, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support other UGE functions remotely as needed.
• Willing to work beyond scheduled times during irregular operations.
