Job summary

United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily operations, service, financial performance and team leadership at SHV (Shreveport) airport.

You will foster a welcoming environment for both staff and customers and ensure the prompt delivery of United’s flyer-friendly service. You will oversee station performance, safety compliance, budget management, and vendor relationships while coaching the team to achieve operational goals in a high-volume setting.

• Experience in staff coaching and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and financial performance of the station.

• Manage budget, staffing forecasts and resource needs.
• Maintain station facilities and equipment to standard.
• Build relationships with authorities, vendors, and internal divisions.
