Job summary

Envoy Air in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Station Agent to support ramp operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will coordinate daily workload, load/unload baggage, and help ensure safe, on-time operations in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities include staffing coverage, training coordination, and administrative duties while maintaining strong communication with supervisors. A high school diploma and fluent English are required; airline experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle bags/cargo
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Airline experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall operation within the ramp service function
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization
• Load and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraft
• Transport items between terminals and aircraft using equipment
• Marshal aircraft and maintain a safe working environment
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
• Prepare customer correspondence and compile reports
