Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new computer programs
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers
• Promote and sell air travel with American Eagle and American Airlines
• Handle itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, prepare tickets, check baggage
• Escort passengers from terminal to aircraft and ensure safe paths
• Manage reservations, stand-bys, luggage, and in-flight supplies
• Determine flight close-out times and complete related forms
• Maintain inventory and prepare customer correspondence
• Support management with administrative duties as needed
