Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead a large, complex operation at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, overseeing 150+ facilities and critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural areas.

You will build a high-performing team, drive safety and reliability, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual requirements across a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Seven years of facilities maintenance experience with multiple critical facilities.
• Three+ years in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or structural maintenance.
• Facilities maintenance must be a primary area of expertise.
• Previous supervisory or management experience leading facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of major building systems, especially HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities maintenance operations, including site supervision and staffing.
• Provide technical leadership across building systems, focusing on HVAC, chillers, and distribution.
• Oversee electrical infrastructure maintenance, including switchgear and emergency lighting.
• Direct plumbing and water-system maintenance, including sanitary and fire protection.
• Evaluate failures and determine internal repair vs. vendor support.
• Manage outside contractors and service providers, reviewing scope and costs.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with accountability and safety culture.
• Serve as a key customer-facing leader, ensuring contractual service delivery.
