Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a System Airport Operations Manager (SAOM) hosted in the System Operations Control Center to plan, coordinate and recover day-of-departure airport operations across Frontier’s network.

You will be the primary ACS escalation contact, coordinating with local stations and SOC leadership to ensure continuity and on-time performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) and at least 3 years in airline airport operations or customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred; combination of equivalent, relevant experience and education considered in lieu.
• Minimum 3 years of airline experience in an airport customer service, ground service and/or an operational role.
• Ability to communicate in English (Spanish preferred).
• Strong knowledge of customer service, ramp service, deicing, airport, and airline operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all ACS functions within the System Operations Control Center with a focus on achieving business continuity and safe and on-time operations.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with the SOC Senior Manager/Director as well as ACS Leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Provide operational direction and guidance to stations during regular and irregular operations, including management of gating and airport resource allocations.
• Communicate timely and accurate flight information to all stakeholders and monitor weather-related disruptions.
