Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager in Chicago to join the airport leadership team. You will report to the General Manager and lead a group of hourly Ambassadors focused on security, service and sales.

This hands-on role requires a proactive coach who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing operations, excellent communication, and the ability to drive performance on the floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in customer-facing operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily station operations and develop Ambassadors.
• Uphold CLEAR and TSA policies with the highest levels of security and integrity.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Ambassadors and foster continuous learning.
